Targeted deep action with infrared laser light
High Power laser therapy uses infrared radiation to penetrate deeply but non-invasively into tissue, to reach muscles, tendons, and joints. The advantage over conventional heat therapy for musculoskeletal pain lies in the concentrated delivery of energy by laser light with deep penetration.
More about how laser therapy works
Pain relief through biomodulatory effects during laser light treatment is presented in detail in this seminar, on the basis of specific indications such as osteoarthritis, muscle spasms, myofascial pain, and lumbosacral pain.
Dr. Kreisel is one of the world's leading experts on laser therapy. He is a specialist in anesthesiology, pain management, and emergency medicine, and has been vice president of ISLA (International Society for Medical Laser Applications) since 2012.
Theory in this seminar:
The basic technical principles of laser therapy, how devices work, their features, and their various applications are explained in detail.
Practice in this seminar:
Participants practice the applications with the devices directly on people, and develop a personalized therapy plan based on case studies. You will learn how you can integrate the laser therapy into your particular daily practice to achieve optimum results.
The seminar day concludes with an in-depth discussion round in which participants can ask questions and share their experiences.
