Physiolaser olympic

One control unit for all probes, even two at the same time

Cluster probes, single probes, a laser needle, or a laser scanner: with the Physiolaser olympic (or the AkuWave, which has the same design) you can easily operate all the laser probes from the Physiolaser product line with just one control unit, by plug & play—even two probes at the same time!

Single probes

Compact accuracy

Compact and practical: With just four buttons and a small display, you can select the right therapy, modify the treatment parameters, and start the program, all directly on the probe itself. The design is so smart and ergonomic that you can control everything with just one finger.

Our single probes are available with a variety of wavelengths and power output levels. You can even choose between two different types of lasers: CW probes and pulsed probes. CW ("continuous wave") probes provide a continuous laser beam, while pulsed probes emit extremely short pulses of light in succession. The control unit will automatically detect the connected probe and make the corresponding programs available for use.

  • Spot treatment
  • CW or pulsed
  • 150–500mW / 638nm–904nm

LightNeedle

For simultaneous treatment of up to 12 points

The unique LightNeedle technology allows you to treat up to 12 pain points simultaneously. What makes this technology special: The needles that we have created use a micromirror at the tip to deflect the laser beam precisely 90°. Consequently, you can secure the needles to the skin very easily with adhesive tape so that they are flat and stable, and the light is directed precisely to the points desired.

  • Up to 12 points with 50mW / 655nm
  • Up to 6 points with 50mW / 655nm (LightNeedle mini)

Cluster probe: pulsed

Full power for large joints

With the pulsed cluster probe, you can even perform therapy on knees or shoulder joints without significant scattering loss. The trick to the design of this specialized probe is that five laser outputs are arranged in a circle, and housed in spring-mounted pins that easily and gently conform to the joint, under light pressure.

This probe is also available in a concave version, allowing optimal irradiation of the underside of the knee.

  • 5 moving “fingers” that adapt to the area
  • 300 watts / 904 nm

Cluster probe: CW

Ideal for smooth surfaces

On the flat underside of this probe, we have arranged 8 infrared and four red-light laser outputs, spaced evenly apart. To make optimum use of the laser energy, aluminum foil is fitted to this surface to reflect scattered light back onto the skin. Perfect for smooth areas of skin where the probe can be applied close up.

  • Handheld treatment of bodily surfaces
  • 600mW / 785nm / 655nm

Photonic satellite

The laser scanner for large surfaces

Do you want to irradiate large bodily surfaces? The Photonic satellite makes it easy: On the display of your control unit, you can direct the laser beam according to the size and shape of the area of skin in question. When the therapy begins, the laser beam moves at the previously set speed across that area, precisely and evenly. Thanks to the flexible extension arm, you can also position the laser conveniently over the patient.

  • "Scanning” large areas
  • Circular or linear
  • 650mW / 638nm / 810nm
